Settings explained
Layout and quality
Select a common size such as 35 × 45 mm or set custom mm, cm, inches or pixels. The editor shows how many copies fit per page and fills each page efficiently using a print-friendly grid.
Troubleshooting
Common upload problems
- The image will not open: use a JPG/JPEG, PNG or WebP file under 30 MB; screenshots can often be re-saved as JPG.
- The page looks cropped: choose Contain to keep all image edges, or reduce crop zoom.
- The PDF is too large: lower image quality, use a smaller page, or use the target-size tool for a stated KB limit.
- Text is unclear: start with a sharper source image and avoid compressing below what remains readable.

Passport Photo to PDF — A4 Photo Print Sheet FAQs
What is a common passport photo size in India?
35 × 45 mm is a common requirement, but always follow the size, background and photograph rules stated by the specific authority.
Does this check whether my photo will be accepted?
No. It creates a sheet to your chosen technical dimensions. The receiving authority decides whether the image meets its current photo requirements.
