What does Chase Clarity do?

We build software for businesses: custom web and mobile applications, our own ready-made products for common business needs, and AI and automation tools. We also do consulting — helping work out what should be built before anything is.

What does it cost?

It depends on what you need, so we don't publish a price list. Our ready-made products are subscriptions with the price shown when you sign up; custom work is quoted per project after we understand the scope. Either way you get a figure in writing before anything starts, and there are no charges you haven't agreed to.

I'm not sure whether I need software at all. Can you help?

That's a good place to start, and it's a conversation worth having before you spend anything. Sometimes the answer is a change to how you work, or an existing product costing a few hundred rupees a month. If that's the case we'll say so — we'd rather tell you than sell you something you don't need.

Where are you based?

Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. Most of the software we've deployed runs in this region, including a ride-hailing platform operating across Chhattisgarh and a donation system for an animal sanctuary in Raipur.

Can I see something you've actually built?

Yes — several of our products are live in production and you can visit them directly. animalvatika.org runs on NGOClarity, our donation management system; zoride.in is a ride-hailing and parcel delivery platform we built for a client; and Bill Clarity, our billing and accounting app for small businesses, is live at app.billclarity.in.

Do you build custom software, or only sell your own products?

Both. Most of our work is custom — built specifically for how a business operates. Our own products (billing, donations, salon management, and others) exist for needs that recur across many businesses, and we adapt them to fit rather than asking you to change how you work.

Who owns the code you write for us?

You do. Your code, your data, your accounts. We hand over documentation and access at the end of a project, and you're never dependent on us to keep your software running.

How long does a project take?

That depends on what's being built, and any developer who quotes a timeline before understanding the work is guessing. What you'll get is the scope agreed in writing before coding starts, working software to try along the way, and early warning if a date is going to move.

Do you work with businesses outside Chhattisgarh?

Yes. Our deployed work is concentrated here, but we work remotely and the software we build isn't region-specific.

What happens after the software is delivered?

We hand over documentation, accounts, and access, and stay available for support. If you'd rather maintain it with your own team or another developer, you can — nothing is locked to us.
