We both spent the early part of our careers building software at large firms — Harish at Deloitte, Sakshi at ITC Infotech. The systems were enormous, carefully built, and completely out of reach for the businesses we grew up around.
Back in Raipur, the picture was different. A salon tracking appointments in a notebook. A distributor running the whole business off one spreadsheet that only one person understood. An animal sanctuary taking donations over WhatsApp because a proper donations page was quoted at more than it raised in a year. None of these are hard technical problems. They just weren’t worth anyone’s time.
That gap is the entire reason this studio exists. Small and growing businesses deserve software built to the same standard as the enterprise systems we used to work on — shaped around how they actually work, at a price that makes sense for their size.

Harish started Chase Clarity after building enterprise software at Deloitte — and noticing that the businesses around him in Raipur were running on spreadsheets, paper, and WhatsApp because everything built for them was either too expensive or too generic to fit.

Sakshi came from ITC Infotech, where large systems are built to a standard that most small businesses never get to benefit from. She works on making sure what we ship holds up in daily use — by the people who have to use it, not just in a demo.
