Terms of Service
Last updated
These terms apply to your use of this website and to enquiries you send us. Work we carry out for clients is governed by the separate written agreement for that project — where that agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement takes precedence.
Who we are
Chase Clarity, Amlidih Main Road, Near Pani Tanki, Raipur (CG), IN, 492001. GSTIN 22EORPB6548P2Z9. You can reach us at [email protected].
Using this website
You may read this site and get in touch with us through it. You may not use it to send unlawful, abusive, or misleading content, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, or scrape it in a way that degrades service for others.
Information on this site
We aim to keep everything here accurate and current. Descriptions of our products and past work are provided for information — they are not an offer, a quote, or a guarantee that we can deliver something similar for you. Products described as in development are not yet available.
Third-party sites we link to are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content.
Enquiries
Sending us an enquiry does not create a contract. We will reply, but we are not obliged to take on any particular piece of work, and we will say so plainly when we think we are not the right people for it.
Engaging us for work
Project work begins only once scope, timeline, and fees are agreed in writing. That written agreement covers deliverables, payment terms, ownership, and how either side may end the engagement.
Unless the agreement for a project says otherwise, once you have paid in full for custom work, you own the deliverables we produced for you. We retain ownership of our own pre-existing tools, libraries, and products used to build them, and we may reuse general knowledge and techniques gained during the work.
Content on this site
The text, design, code, and branding on this website belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, other than short quotes with attribution.
Liability
This website is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Liability in relation to project work is set out in the agreement for that project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the current version applies to your use of the site.
